Selling bc it’s a bit large for my bedroom. You must be able to transport it out. Nolita. There’s an elevator from in the unit to the lobby. I’ve used it for a bit so there are some scratches. The color in real life is definitely a bit lighter than the stock images. Typically retails for $950.
